SMG Constructions Since 2000,earlier know as BENACA Constructions.We have completed about 75 projects at all over Bangalore like Vidyaranyapur,Malleshwaram,Telecom layout,Banaswadi,Mathikere,Yeshwanthpura and Marthahalli,etc. SMG Constructions Construction's singular commitment is to deliver the highest level of service to every client, everyday. Our tradition of construction excellence is acknowledged throughout Connecticut, as attested by repeat clients in all corners of the State. Design-Build: A Better Option

With design-build, one entity is responsible for the design, engineering and construction. Owners interact with one project director for all design and construction issues - including cost, scheduling, quality control and delivery date. Design-build teams are more efficient and responsive to owner's concerns because designers, engineers and construction personnel are all working under the same contract. These integrated teams respond seamlessly to issues as they occur, working together to find the best solutions to day-to-day challenges.

Faster:

Completed about 30% faster* than other construction methods, design-build enables projects to develop organically, allowing design, engineering, and construction phases to overlap and influence each other. Construction begins before design is finalized, allowing projects to begin (and end) earlier than possible with traditional procurement methods. Also, designs can be modified "on-the-fly," as the design-build team encounters specific site conditions.

Simpler:

Owners don't need to negotiate multiple contracts for the same project, nor must they allocate time to manage these contracts. In addition, a single contract means that issues of cost, schedule, quality, responsibility and risk management are clearly spelled out in one document. Finally, design-build contracts allow owners to transfer design and construction coordination risks to the private sector.

Design-build reduces costs an average of about 6%*, with the fewest average change-orders of any contract method. Because designers and builders collaborate throughout all stages of construction, they are constantly working to choose the best, most cost-effective building materials and construction methods. Further, design-build allows owners to review additional expenses as a project progresses, keeping jobs on-budget and eliminating fiscal surprises at project completion.

Greener:

Considering every major element of a project as construction proceeds allows the design-build team to make sounder environmental decisions. For example, design-build footprints are typically smaller than other construction methods, allowing for less disturbance to native habitats. In addition, design-build teams are encouraged to think "out-of-the-box" to come up with ideas for mitigating, recycling and reusing construction waste.
